Responding to your confusion - I returned after a month when you pleaded another chance. I acknowledged that this experience may not be a reflection of the entire staff and the salon overall. I did have a good experience with Rucha during my revisit. But your constant hounding and condescending way of talking kept me from giving into your attempts of coaxing me into giving 5 stars. Its so unfortunate that even though beauticians are so nice, they have to work under your management. I clearly stated this during our call as well. Your threatening and condescending style of talking and saying that you gave 'me a chance to correct my rating' was absolutely the worst thing someone can do in a service industry. In this industry, unless someone is coming from a very high sense of entitlement, they'd understand that good reviews are earned and not forced. The way you kept forcing me to take down my review on Google, I'm not surprised how you only have positive reviews and not one disappointing one. Realistically, that's not possible. I'll reiterate - Rucha was amazing. But I choose to give YOU one star (wish I could give negative) because of your communication. So unfortunate that you have no idea how to speak with a customer. And about time you stop saying "remember me?" At the beginning of every call because it's extremely disrespectful. I don't owe you anything. Neither have I asked for a discounted service ever. Going back to your confusion - you know precisely well why you have an imperfect score from me. And I'm not one of those who will give into your hounding.

I had a haircut today. The hairstylist(Farhan) did awesome work on my hair. my hair is thick and curly not easy to handle but she didn't say any negative thing about it and did her magic work....really happy with the haircut and since I moved to Georgia have been going to the salon and every time I had a very good experience with them.
